A classic selection of Walkers crisps with plenty of tasty meaty flavours to choose from. The individual 25g bags are a convenient size for lunches, snacks or sharing. The crisps were fresh and had a good crunch. Great value in a 20-pack and would happily buy again.

This Walkers Meaty Variety box is a permanent fixture on my weekly shopping list, and for good reason. In a busy household, trying to find snacks that everyone is happy to find in their lunchbox can be a challenge, but this multipack solves the problem instantly. It’s the definition of a reliable classic. The selection of flavours is spot on. You get Roast Chicken, Smoky Bacon, and Prawn Cocktail. They are three of the most iconic Walkers flavours, and they taste exactly as good as you remember them. The Roast Chicken is savoury, the Smoky Bacon has that perfect salty kick, and the Prawn Cocktail has that unique tangy sweetness. There's enough variety to keep things interesting through the week, and everyone in my family has their firm favourite. The convenience is unbeatable. The 20-pack box is great value and keeps the cupboard stocked for a couple of weeks. The individual 25g bags are the ideal portion size to go with a sandwich or as a quick afternoon snack. You know what you're getting with Walkers – the quality is always consistent, the crisps are always crunchy, and the flavour is always there. Verdict: You really can't go wrong with this multipack. It’s a simple, affordable, and delicious solution for packed lunches, picnics, or just stocking up on snacks for the house. It's a crowd-pleaser for a reason, and it saves a lot of arguments about which crisps to buy!

These often work out surprisingly good value when they're on offer, sometimes working out cheaper than supermarket own-brand multipacks while still benefiting from being Walkers. The flavours tend to be stronger and more consistent than many cheaper alternatives and the variety pack gives a good mix to stop things becoming repetitive. For lunch boxes, work snacks or simply keeping in the cupboard for when you fancy a packet of crisps, these are an easy choice. If you can pick them up at a good price, they often represent better value than the off brands while giving you the quality and flavour you'd expect from Walkers.

I always go for the classic as I think chicken crisps are lame. I’m not wrong about roast chicken crisps, at best they taste very marginally of chicken gravy. At worst just some unidentifiable savoury umami taste. I would NEVER select in newsagent, garage, or as part of meal deal. The prawn cocktail is probably best in class. I’ve yet to find a prawn crisp I like more, even amongst the posh brands. The cheese and onion are probably the most reliable crisp as they always seem to taste the same. Rarely are they under-seasoned like walkers salt and vinegar often is. The surprise here was Smokey bacon. I always thought I didn’t like bacon crisps but these were lush. Now I have to decide which selection I prefer.

Really good value at £4 compared to smaller packs from the supermarket. A good choice of flavours with chicken, cheese & onion, prawn cocktail and smokey bacon, so it's nice to have a multipack that doesn't have a flavour that no one likes in our house!

Just as described, expire before Christmas though.
