Q: we are unable to push up to fully open it to roof height can you assist please

When you push the black bracket connected to the roof up to the top of the leg you might have to push in the catch, a small silver ball, this will them slide behind the black bracket and then engage into the hole in the bracket to hold the roof in the open position. You also need to make sure that the whole marquee is open to it fullest point as of it is not square then it will be harder to put up. Hope this helps.

Hi - it’s not a pop up per se. You need to anchor the sides by nailing each side down. Then you can put it into the slots, very easy to put together. It’s quite robust, I.e. it stands winds of up to 40mph and gives good coverage. Hope that helps

Q: Does it have a Mesh Sidewall. Is there one to purchase for this?

No it doesn't and quite frankly it will not stand up to high winds, even Summer ones, my late sister and I put ours up early Summer 2019 I think, 3 days we had put it up and secured it as we thought we got up on the Saturday morning to a mangled gazebo at the bottom of the garden, no way it could be rescued and I live on the coast of Weymouth Dorset. These types of gazebo's are not suitable to leave standing on a permanent basis as what happens is any wind all be it not a storm just general wind will collapse it in seconds as they get tunnel wind whereby it cannot escape without destroying the gazebo, I now have an all year round gazebo that has 2 roof sections to prevent tunnelling and solid steel, it's worth spending that bit more as sister and I lost 7 gazebo's in total until we got this one which has stood up to 70-80mph winds no bother so do some research and pay that bit more so you will have peace of mind and not get up of a morning to a mangled gazebo
