Works most of the time
I bought 10 and was unable to use 3 of them. Shortly after I started to use them, the thread came out. They were junk. However, the ones that do work, work great. It's not a bad product. Just a flaw in the design. I would buy it again.

I use this with my work, as my personal tool.
I use this with my work, as my personal tool. I work for a company that doesn't like to spend money, but has a lot of fiber connection. I used to work for a data center and know how handy these ae to fix light issues where small dirt particles and interfering with he laser and throwing signals off. It has proven itself that the company is now going to start ordering these for the other network techs .

Good until they jam.
So far, three of the five click pens have jammed after a few hours of use. Up until that point they cleaned quite well.

Fiber Optic Cleaner
I was expecting a dual LC/SC. Instead 2 SC came.

Conveniently cleans fiber connectors and optic ports. No carrying around a Cletop AND swabs.
This is identical to the other three one-click cleaners I've purchased through Amazon. It will clean MU and LC fibers and ports, though I haven't come across an MU connector in 10 years with which I can test it.You leave the cap on and just pop the top to clean connectors, and you remove the cap to clean ports or patch panels. If the panel is very dense, extend the tip to reach deeper without pinching existing fibers. With the tip retracted, you can see the the spools so you have an indication of how much is remaining.
