Good quality, optimum for outdoor/balcony
Good quality. Good for outdoor/balcony, to prevent rain, dirt. Sturdy. But doesn't look good for indoors, as AC curtain, to cordon off an area.

Cannot withstand strong winds
Plastic material and the nylon trimmings look good.. but the plastic tore out of the nylon trimmings in less than 10 days due to rain and strong wind. The rings are also very flimsy. They open up in moderately strong wind. This item can only be used for the indoors (not the balcony), away from strong winds.
