This set retails at $120.00, but if you see it for lower and like Lego, get this without doubt. Here's why I think this set is almost perfect: It is based on an already beautiful real life car, an it's recreated almost perfectly. This is not a die cast cart, tho, so expect some weird proportions here and there, but this is indeed nicely built. It's size: is not small, not huge, it's the right size to add some modifications, even RC, an there are a lot of things going on on this set despite it's size. It features almost everything a Lego Technic car set has to offer: - Nice fake engine - Independent suspension for the 4 wheels - Differential - Steering - Intrincate body kit - Unconventional doors It has huge MOC potential, you can check on rebrickable or youtube and you'll see all the different things you can make with this set. The thing that it lacks (but come on, for the price this is fair): - Gearbox - Steering wheel connected to steering rack (although it's extremely easy if you have the right additional parts, I did it, and it works nicely) I was missing two yellow connectors in my set, I know that could happen, and as a somewhat seasoned Lego enthusiast, I have a generous amount of extra pieces, but in the rare case this happens to you, you can contact Lego and they'll send you the missing parts for free.

I recently purchased the car model kit, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! As an enthusiast of both cars and model building, this kit was a perfect fit. The pieces are finely detailed, and the assembly process is both fun and rewarding. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the entire build process smooth and enjoyable, even for someone who’s relatively new to model building. The quality of the materials is excellent. The plastic parts are sturdy, with no defects or issues with molding. I especially appreciated the precision of the parts—the fit was perfect, and everything snapped together neatly without the need for excessive force. The attention to detail is impressive, from the intricacies of the car body to the small components like the wheels, engine, and interior details.

Well designed, good instructions, a little pricey, easy but slow to get missing parts. Good quality.

Lego knows what they are doing and rarely misses. This set is a another hit and lots of fun to build. One could nit-pick some of the design elements not fitting the actual car but overall its clearly the GT. I bought this for my father as a gift, and he has reported enjoying the build and has bought a case to protect it once finished.

Bf wanted this for Christmas and its a good size, definitely not normal size lego cars. Easy to put together but took around 3 hours. It seems good quality

I will be the first to admit the Lego sets I really like are Star Wars. However, I really wanted to like this set, but I was kinda disappointed when I finished the build. The model is fine and it has some functions which is fine. I am just not the biggest fan of the overall appearance. The set is a reasonable value for money and the build isn’t tedious so that’s good. The details are in keeping with the part count.

It is typical Lego quality. Great!! My Grandson put it together in a few days and it looks impressive.
