I have a condition which requires daily application of a warmed eye mask. I have tried many different types and found these to be the easiest to use and most effective. All you need is hot water from the kettle and a mug or something to stand the mask in. I use an old insulated coffee screw top mug, which means I carry it up to bed with me and it stays hot until I am ready to use it. The other types were always cold by the time I had cleaned my teeth etc and was ready to use it. The pouch is comfortable and there is even a second gel pack, great value too. Really pleased I found these and would definitely recommend

FINALLY a pouch that isn’t too thick! I’ve been using this ice pack for my migraines and it’s been helping so much. It stays cold for a good amount of time and gives really soothing relief when I’ve got a headache coming on or when a migraine is at its worst. It’s comfortable to wear and doesn’t feel too heavy or uncomfortable. It’s become something I reach for regularly and has definitely made migraines more manageable. Really happy with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for some relief. The pouch is also amazing, normally they’re too thick meaning you can’t feel the benefit!

Was not sure when it arrived as my eye specialist showed me his with a temperature gauge on the box so you know when it is ready to use. I also thought I could put it in the microwave - but this one is to be heated in a mug of boiling water. But actually once I started using it - it is so simple - probably better than a microwave one - because you could take it travelling and you don't need a Microwave on hand - even in a hotel room there is a kettle! Love it and would recommend - it really works to sooth the eyes and actually makes me sleep better.

2 x sealed gel packs and mask included, appear to, be good quality, can be used hot or cold. I found using it hot really helps the blepharitis. Very soothing and comforting. The gel pack folds in half so it can fit into a cup of boiling water for heating it up (5 mins) and it has a handy hook for fishing out of the cup so you don't burn your fingers. Once heated, pat dry and slip into the pocket of the eye mask which has an elasticated strap to keep it in place on your head. Be sure to follow the enclosed guidelines for safe usage times. I haven't used it for cooling purposes.

I have been using Gel Heat Masks from another manufacturer for several years. I was unable to obtain more from that manufacturer and found these Gel Heated Eye masks instead. I am delighted with these masks being better filled with gel than the previous masks. They are also great value coming with two gel inserts instead of the previous that only had one. I have been using heated eye mask once each morning for about 3 years. They are convenient to use only needing a cup of boiled water. I feel gel mask are much safer. Previously I felt I had burnt my eye on a microwave been bag type as it is difficult to be accurate with how much time to put in the microwave. My dry eye and blepharitis was very severe about three to four years ago and constantly troubling me. It has now considerably improved by a combination of using the heated mask each morning, washing my eye lids twice a day with cotton buds, switching to a preservative free Sodium Hyaluronate eye drop. I was also able to retire from work so I am not using computers so often. I feel using the eye mask daily is important to me to keep my eyes feeling healthy. I am very pleased with the eye masks and would very much recommend.

I used this product to treat styes on my both of my eyes. I had been using a warm cloth but after a while it proved too cumbersome to constantly reheat to a warm enough temperature. This product made the treatment much easier and the gel stays at the desired temperature for 7-10 min period, however I find that without me pressing my fingers onto the mask it does not make sufficient contact with the eyes. There is a a strap on the mask to make it tighter but this didn’t help. Overall, it beats the warm cloth method but it needs to be redesigned.

i was looking for an eye mask to help with my blepharatis while on travel for work, i came across a few masks and found that this one works the best as the previous one i had was an electric one but it didn't heat up enough. this masks heats up well and last a about 8-10 minutes which is the recommended time to put it over your eyes. however it last a bit less with the gel inside the mask so i use mine with just the gel as it has more heat. its has really helped me with the dryness on my eyes and i was surprised with how easy it is to use, it also has a neat little handle to use when heating up the gel so its safe and easy to get it back out from the hot water.

I chose this eye mask after a lot of researching of other masks for my blepharitis. I have used the microwave products in the past and found them harsh and the bag bursts so the beads fall out. My new eye mask is easy to use because it only requires hot water to heat up the gel mask before popping it inside the comfy mask. The little hook which can be used to take out of the water is nice addition too. The only thing I would add is an instruction to leave about 5 minutes or so before putting the mask onto your eyes, because the gel is still hot and stings your eyes.. note to self! Ive been using it for a 2 weeks and it is helping to control my blepharitis.

Apenas lo recibí pero la verdad quede muy satisfecha. Me gusta que trae dos pares de antifaz de gel, por lo cual puedes usar uno en frio y el otro en caliente. Utilice uno de ellos como indica las instrucciones, calentado en agua y debo decir que fue una sensación muy cómoda en los ojos, lo deje por 10 minutos y al terminar realmente note el área de las ojeras menos hinchada. Lo único que si no me encanto, es el elástico del producto, siento que podría ser de mejor calidad, pues con el uso diario, siento que no durará mucho.

Io la uso solo con il freddo. Ottima per sgonfiare occhi e borse
