Is there a switch on the receiver to switch on lights, i.e. to override PIRs occasionally?

No, there isn't, BUT if when the 'normal' isolating switch is installed, you specify a 2 Way Double Switch, you can have this wired to act as an 'override' switch so that the attached lights may be illuminated at will.Hope this helps.

Can two different receivers be controlled by a single PIR sensor ?

Yes, the PIR can link with several receivers, assuming they're within wireless range.

are you able to overide the spectra wire free pir

I am not aware of any facility on the pir itself, but you would be able to override at the receiver position.

can the lux setting be adjusted for switching on.

Yes. One of the controls adjusts the light level where the lights will come on.
