Great for stretching neck to relieve pinched nerve pain
I bought this item because I have advanced disc degeneration in my spinal column that especially affects my cervical area (neck). Occasionally I get flare-ups in the nerves in my neck causing me extra pain & suffering. I used to use an inversion table to try and stretch my neck to relieve some of the pressure on the pinched nerves, but just hanging upside down wasn’t enough to relieve the pressure on the nerves. I needed some kind of weight to pull my head downward while handing upside down and that kind of a set up was impractical. When I came across this product I thought that it might be worth a try so I ordered it. I tested it out today and it appears to work very similarly to the neck traction devices that they use at physical therapy offices. As you can see in the attached photos, I hooked the device over a closed door and set an office computer chair next to the door. This chair has an air pressure height adjustment lever on the bottom side of the seat. I started with the chair in the highest position, hooked myself into the apparatus then slowly lowered the chair until I had the desired upward pressure on my head & neck. The trick is to make sure you get the harness centered properly around the back of your skull and your chin so that it pulls your head up straight. There is a tag inside the harness saying which direction is the front. Make sure you pay attention to that or it will not work properly. The harness is comfortable and seems to be well make & durable.Time will tell on long term use, but so far I am very pleased with it and can recommend it for anyone in a situation similar to mine. It is reasonably priced so that it won’t break the bank for most people who want to give it a try.Tom K

Works well
Having an issue on the left side of my neck, my chiropractor even said it being "jambed up". I used it for 15 minutes a day for the last two weeks I was able to reduce the knot in my left side back and able to get movement. It may not be for everybody but it worked well for me. Anymore than 15 minutes I'm not sure if there's anymore benefit but daily use really helped me

Get stronger straps.
It works, but you have to figure out how to hang it that suits your needs. I hung it on my pull up bar and it popped all my neck vertebrae but then the sewn strap broke. I had to tie my own strap to use it. I’m 190 lbs so it probably wasn’t my rated for that although it should be. I mean, I might just attach my 500 lb rachet straps on the damn thing.

Wonderful but with silly flaws
This thing has a couple stupid design flaws.(1) It tightens but doesn't loosen! I couldn't believe that! I figured the handle was designed so that when you let go, you loosen up. Nope. It tightens, but if you tighten too much, say goodbye to your head.(2) The door. I realized I almost turned my door handle accidentally. If I turned that handle what would happen? I imagine, I would fall on my head, or worse, say goodbye to my head.Has anyone accidentally killed themselves with these things? That said, it did wonders for my neck. Really the best relief ever. Could possibly even fix my neck problems.

Better than expected.
It works very well for traction and the quality of the materials is better than I expected.

It worked the first time
I sneezed while my head and neck were in an awkward position. This resulted in intense pain that went away in a couple days however what lingered was a lack of range and movement of my head along with a nagging ack 24/7 no matter what position my head was in. After a month of this I finally decided to do something about it. Reading through the reviews I decided on this device because of price and value. Turned out to be a great choice. It took five minutes to read the directions and set it up. Thoughtful quality construction. Easy to use. 🤗

Good idea but poorly built
I actually like the product, it stretches my cervical neck really well, but the product built is not that good, and it really can hurt the user where they not expecting the stiches snaps off.
