I have a 15m cable that takes the internet from the front of the house, around the outside and into the living room at the rear. Make sure you respect the minimum bend radius, protect the connectors whilst feeding through walls etc. Internet works fine, I have 500mbs service from EE and in the lounge I get approx 540Mbs so the cable is not causing any problems.

This 'Soibke Store' 12m Cat 7 High-Speed Ethernet Cable is not going to win any awards for aesthetics. It is a round black cable with RJ45 connectors at each end. What it needs to do is provide a reliable high-speed connection. I use it for a high-speed connection between two routers.The cable itself, which is only rated for indoor use, seems solid in the 'old school' Ethernet style with its PVC sleeve. With so many Ethernet cables being flat and often braided sleeved cables, it is becoming less common to find ready-made Ethernet cables in this style. This Soibke cable is quite thick and utilitarian. When you bend it, it does not spring back like some other cables. This might indicate that the materials in this cable may not have the same flexibility and resilience as some possibly higher-quality, high-priced ones. However, it has solid conductors and is designed to be very well shielded, aiming for ease of installation and durability. You can, therefore, install and route the cable easily enough. It is more suitable for permanent or semi-permanent installations, in my opinion, which is how 99% of my cables are used.The 12m length was sufficient in my case to install it between two rooms, hiding it in trunking, given that my skirting and walls are white. I have tried it at 5Gbps and am now running it successfully at 2.5Gbps. I have no reason to doubt it cannot run at its rated 10Gbps, but sadly, my network is not yet updated to those speeds. Nevertheless, it's good to be future-proofed.

Doesn't work over longer lengths of cable all reviews are based on shorter lengths they claim it works for 100 mtr tried and tested work at 60 mtr no good reviews at all for longer lengths only bad reviews

This is a good quality cable with nice connectors with anti-snag flaps to stop the end from catching on other cables. I've tested this on my home network, but really Cat 7 cable is overkill as the rest of my equipment doesn't support the highest transfer speeds (as is the case for most home networks). It's a good length and good value for money.

When received cable never worked!! i cutoff rj-45 heads and added new ones, the cable still does not work, received doa cable. the cat cable only has interruptions,

Utilizzato per delle tirate all’interno dei muri da 30 metri per cablare impianto di video sorveglianza 7 telecamere collegate al relativo NVR. Devo dire mi ha stupito per la grande resistenza nonostante i vari strattonamenti e le pieghe quasi vive che a volte sono stato costretto a fare e per la trasmissione del segnale perfetta e stabile.
