What woman's size would you say the cape fits?

I would say that it would fit mostly any size, I weigh 150 and my granddaughter weigh 130 lbs and it looks nice on the both of us because of the way that it is made. This is a nice choice and for the price you will be satisfied at least I think so

I will like to order 4 different colors, but can the neck be made slightly wider? I ordered one but the neck was a little tight.

Yes, thank you very much for your suggestion. I modified my neck immediately after I saw your question. Now all the products in the warehouse have a wider neck.

My wife is a size 6. Will it fall off her shoulders?

No, it will not fall off her shoulders
