These honestly work so well. I take two a half hour before bed and I easily fall to sleep. I don’t get a melatonin hangover with these. I also thing they taste great. Only downside bottle is small and they’re a bit pricey but worth it to me.

I have been a horrible sleeper for as long as I can remember. I also have restless leg syndrome so I kick and toss and turn constantly. Now I wake up only one time (bathroom break), but fall right back to sleep. The first night it worked I was so happy I could have cried happy tears! This has been an absolute game changer for me!

When I'm having difficulty with sleeping due to work stresses, this product helps to stop the ruminating of the day which helps to improve the quality of my sleep. The quick dissolving tablets taste and smell great. Within an hour of taking the tablet, I'm ready for bed. I wake up refreshed without any drowsiness like I have experienced with other products.

I find this is the only sleep product that doesn't cause leg jerks. I'm not sure why the other sleep aides do but it happens. I like these because they dissolve on my tongue and while they don't knock me out they relax enough to finally fall asleep.
