Decided to give it a go with liquid, I take this sublingual, keep it for 1 minute in my mouth before swallowing (empty stomach, sometime around 11am as I am taking other supplements in the morning with breakfast). I noticed no added taste, it has bright red color and tastes somehow sweet on your buds but not sugar sweet. Then I take Floradix with small amount of water with lemon (usually suggested in small amount of orange juice to help absorption). I will write an update on whether I see results.
