Works like a charm. The installer came and it was a quick easy install. It is so quite can’t even hear it running. Hope it will last for many years.

I bought this DELLA 18,000 BTU mini-split to cool my incredibly hot 200 ft² living room. It's on the southeast corner of my house in Tucson AZ, in direct sunlight from dawn to dusk. In summer, the sun and the 105°-110° air temperatures combine to heat the ceiling and inside walls close to 100°F every clear day. An otherwise excellent 12K BTU portable unit had proven woefully inadequate to handle the massive thermal loads on this room, so it now refrigerates my well-shaded 100 ft° bedroom. This unit works GREAT. It kept this room in the low 70s during the day, and got it to the 60s at night as the walls cooled down. The outdoor unit is so quiet I can't hear it through our old leaky windows, and the indoor unit provides just the right level of white noise for an afternoon nap... until it started making louder noises. That brings us to... 5-star support! The indoor unit started making noise at low & high fan speeds. My handyman, who had recommended and installed this, diagnosed the problem as a bad fan and urged me to contact the company. He has installed many of these units, and the company provided quick and effective support. He told me that the company would send me a replacement indoor unit. They responded immediately to my support request. I sent them videos of the noisy unit as requested. They immediately agreed to replace it, and requested the serial number of the faulty unit (an entirely reasonable request). I replied that I'm disabled, so it would take me a few days for someone to come over here and get the serial number for me. I assumed they would not ship the replacement until I provided the serial number, and that was fine with me... The seller shipped the replacement indoor unit right after I told them I couldn't get the serial number. It arrived today! My unit still worked, and it's much cooler right now, so my situation was not an emergency. If the unit had become inoperative in the summer, every day without AC would have been Hellish... and such prompt service would be potentially life-saving. I highly recommend this mini-split, and I highly recommend this seller. Is there a way to give them SIX stars?

Bought Nov.1st, excelentlent unit, except directions sy you can shorten tubing for custom application. Copper tube is hard copper, has to be annieled to get a good flair connection

I bought and installed 2 of the 18000 btu in the last 8 months on my double wide 1800 sqf that I am remodeling little by little. What an improvement! So silent! So efficient! So easy of operating. For the last 10+ years, we have been using windows AC units and radiant heaters after our central heat and air system broke. The suffering is over. We are saving $100 a month on the power bill and enjoying ourselves inside now. Our Great Pyrenees friends are enjoying the AC's too during the scorching hot summer days. They are pretty easy to install. Follow the instructions on the book and watch some videos on YouTube. On the second install, I made an electrical mistake as I wanted to save some space on my breaker box by using a single pole split breaker. I am only a landscaper by the way. No problem! I called the technical support number and a very nice tech called me back after just a few hours and figured it out by phone within 5 minutes. They are from California, so don't call them at 8am eastern like I did and wonder why nobody is picking up the phone.🙄 It is all great! We just keep it simple by using the remotes. I love the delay timer option. Now that the weather is cooling down (80's max), I set the timer so it doesn't come ON automatically before 12 pm. By the time the girls come from school, 75°f is back as set. GREAT PRODUCT, GREAT TECHNICAL SUPPORT

It’s great machine is not for DIY is more for professional specially if you will put it from scratch with no power in Vicinity available. Heat is good Customer service quick and easy via text and photos

The ac works but their consumer service sucks and I can return bc they don’t allow that. The ac works great but heat doesn’t work. PLEASE BUY FROM MR HEAT. At least their contact info was available and I could talk for a human (that’s what I bought for my house). I called ex then for a troubleshooting and found out my problem and payed for an hvac tec and said I bought a bad device and when I wanted to exchange they don’t allow that. There is a lot I know about these but when something wrong it’s nice for my problems to be fixes but they don’t care they just enjoy taking peoples money. I just hope I can help someone. I will have to say ac works so that’s a positive.

Honestly, the best product for the price. This is actually my second Della Unit. I have one in my attached garage/gym and had one installed in my detached garage gym. So the 18,000 btu unit was $899.00 and I paid a plumber $500 to run the 220, lines and install so for $1,400.00 I can keep my garage at any temperature that I want. I don't use the heat function so I can't speak on that but the AC function is killer. I mean no matter what the temperature is in the garage I can get it as cold as I want it. It will drop down about 7 degrees an hour. Super quiet, super efficient and super fast. App is not amazing but it is pretty user friendly and works well. Overall, happy with this company and their products. Considering they are close to half the price of some of their competitors it makes it worth it. Do I need AC in my garage? No, but it sure makes me a lot more likely to wax my car, spend time in there and do things in there. A 1st world luxury that is not needed but since I insulated my garage it makes it awesome. So, well worth the investment. My garage is 676 square feet and 12 foot tall and this unit has zero issues, would totally recommend.
