Excellent Fit for Larger Arms – Finally a Comfortable BP Cuff!
I’m so glad I found this XXL Blood Pressure Replacement Cuff. It’s exactly what I needed. The 16.5–24-inch range fits my upper arm comfortably without pinching or feeling too tight, which has been a constant issue with standard cuffs. The material is soft yet sturdy, and the quality feels just as good—if not better—than the original cuff that came with my monitor.What really impressed me was the set of six connectors included. I use an Omron monitor, and it attached seamlessly, but it’s great knowing I could switch brands in the future and still use this cuff. No guessing, no adapters needed—just plug and go. Saved the tip from my old cuff and it fit just fine. Should measure the cuff to be the size of the length of your old cuff and order one that size. Works great. The new tips went into the medical closet to save for a rainy day if needed. Yes, would buy again as I did not have to replace my whole BP machine.

It is longer than advertised
We have an older Omron blood pressure machine where the cuff has seen better days. We are still able to use it but we thought we would finally replace it.This cuff came with half a dozen adapters to fit into the machine. Unfortunately, none of them fit ours. The good news is you can take the old one out to reuse with the new cuff.The headline shows multiple sizes - M, L, and XL. I guess our arms are just too small. The cuff was just too long.We ended up having to return the cuff.

Great Replacement Cuff! Universal fit!
This replacement fits perfect on our blood pressure cuff machine. The old cuff got a hole in it somehow. I thought we had to replace the whole machine! Thanks to this seller we did not have to! AND it’s a better quality cuff on top of it!

Dimensions are wrong
Why did you pick this product vs others?:One of the photos of this cuff shows the dimensions to be 6.3 in X 29 in. It's not even a full 6 inches wide! Photo for evidence. I'll be returning.
