Ok, firstly, I watched the YouTube videos before buying one of these. One of the reviews wasn't great at all. God knows what this reviewer was thinking about...co.plained more about the strap which is functional than anything else. Anyway, it was reduced and I thought I'd give it a go. It arrived safely, well made and rugged rather than a premium finish that you wouldn't want to take outside. I also watched a video where it didnt survive it's ipx 7 rating. I don't care. I'm not going to get it soaked anyway. Firstly sound. It sounds pretty premium and at half the price of some of the other I'd considered or quarter even. It's powerful punchy, clear midrange and with plenty resolution and a nice sparkle at the top. So I decided to get a second one. Obviously I'm not going to be taking them up mountains, but for camping it's almost hifi. Like way better than the vast majority of 90s midi systems in terms of sound quality. I'm extremely pleased with them as a stereo pair and highly recommend them when they are on special. If you get two of these on special, there simply isn't anything else comes close as you cant get two of them for the price I did, so this has a bigger better soundstage with more bass and more attack !

Unfortunately I had to return my product because it had a fault. I bought this product so I can have it in my truck as my JBL is playing funny buggers with me. The Ortizan speaker is meant to have a built in mic. It is a great speaker for music and the lights look great when the music is on. The base is great too and it does everything apart from hands free calling. I lost count how many times I disconnected it from my iPhone 15 pro max and reconnected it. I checked all the settings on my phone but could not do hands free calling. I can play my music on it, I can hear my phone ringing through it but when I answered my phone the person on the other end could not hear me so I then had to talk to them on loud speaker on my phone. I’m not happy as I struggled all week in my truck trying to talk to people and my truck is a 19 plate and the Bluetooth won’t connect to my modern phone. I contacted the company and they have been awesome with me in communication and they are sending me a new one. They have been absolutely fantastic. Not like some companies that once they’ve got your money they fob you off. They really have bent over backwards to rectify the problem. Here’s hoping the new one they send is all singing all dancing

Great power for a 80w speaker, sound wuolity very low tone and bassy so not recommended for classical music but if you leave your bass then get this.Speaker is a beast for the price.Thinking of getting 2nd one to pair up.
