Fantastic product.Video quality is very good and works well with the Eufy app. Easy to adjust settings such as sensitivity and even the brightness and colour of the light, good for Halloween etc.Has an alarm function if you want to warn people away, or simply scare your neighbour 😂Very easy to install if you already have a wall mounted light. Took me around 30minutes to install and another 20minutes messing about with connecting etc.

Managed to pick one of these up during the Prime Sale at an excellent price.I self-installed this item securing cables externally in weatherproof housings and a junction box.What you are not told is this item does not have to be fitted directly to the wall and it mounts fine to a junction box.The camera and light look fantastic, but is large and bright, but can be dimmed, but something to be aware of when picking location.The purpose of mine is to floodlight the garden and patio at night, so I’ve installed mine higher up than most users typically would - and it works perfectly.Motion detection is good and the lights can be set to come on automatically, either at set times or when it gets dark, or can be motion activated or turned on/off manually. There are plenty of light colours to chose from, as well as some presents, which are mostly gimmicky. I just use white lighting.Notifications come through to phone quickly as well.Build quality is good, but fiddly, requiring two very little screws to secure the housing to the back plate. I’d imagine with very little force this could be pulled off the wall, but not an issue for me as installed at height.You can also manually trigger a loud alarm as a deterrent should you see something untoward. When paired to the S3 Home Hub the Ai improves and can do this automatically, but not as a stand alone unit.Units requires to be hardwired in, but is not difficult to do.Only minor downside is the onboard storage which is 4GB, only good enough for a couple of days before it is overwritten. This can be expanded, but only via the additional purchase of the Home Hub, the native storage cannot be increased, and no SD card slot. Seems like a ploy to encourage the additional purchase of the Homebase.But very happy with product. It’s been installed for approximately a month in all weather. No signs of water ingress despite some heavy rain.

First thing i noticed was it was a lot bigger than i expected, so check the measurements if you are looking for a small wall light camera this might be a bit to big. This is probably the only thing i would say that migh be overlooked when buying so check the measurements first. Being in the slightly bigger side does have its benefits, it acts as a visual deterrent, which can be more beneficial in terms of security when dealing with porch pirates, especially when use in and around the front door. Installation was easy, im a builder so found it easy but if you can wire a plug and hang a shelf you will have the skills to fit this, mine is plugged in to a socket. If you want it hardwired and don't have existing circuitry then get an electrician. Setting up was easy, scan the QR code and follow the simple instructions.Operation and settings are slightly differnt than older eufy cameras so can take a few attempts to get it right, especially at night. You can have the wall light motion activated without notifications or recording or with. So ideal if you want it as a security light, just remember to change the settings or set a schedule up to change the setting to record. AI, motion, human and pet detection are good and work fine, the detection zone works very well. The light is good and bright and plenty of options. The top and bottom lights can be swiveled left to right to direct the light source the whole unit can also be swiveled left and right. This is good of you use it next to a neighbours boundry as you can direct everything away from their side and set up a detection zone so they dont set it off and only get them if they come onto your property.I would recommend it to anyone
