Great taste- not too gummie. Works well. I had a vitamin D deficiency. Started taking one gummie daily and after one bottle my numbers are normal

Since my Vitamin D was so low, I had to double the dose. Now it's in the normal range.

I brought Vitamatic Sugar Free Vitamin D3 5000 IU. I brought the gummies, and the taste great. You only have to take 1 vitamin a day and that's great

This is a new brand for me and I'm not sure I'll buy them again. 1. The gummies are very small - not much larger than the head of a thumbtack. See images. I don't see how such a high potency of supplement can be crammed into such a small gummy. If I buy them in pill form, as I have in the past, they're too large to swallow. I've also bought other brands of D3 gummies that are significantly larger. However, they're easy to chew and swallow, unlike hard pills or gels. 2. I don't care for the flavor. Just odd and nothing I can compare it to - maybe overripe fruit. I chase them with another gummy that tastes good. 3. Instructions say to take one gummy but almost without exception, two are stuck back to back (flat side to flat side), so I initially was taking two without realizing. A person can overdose on D3 with significant impact including nausea, vomiting, muscle weakness, confusion, pain, loss of appetite, dehydration, excessive urination and thirst, and kidney stones. The upper limit for adults, according to the NIH, is 100mcg or 4,000 IU. These gummies contain 125 mcg or 5,000 IU. So when I was accidentally taking 2 at a time initially thinking they were one gummy, if the dosage on the label is true, I was seriously overdosed. This is my biggest concern about this product. The ingredients are too many to type out, read the label in the description. Warning: be sure you're only taking one gummy. I shook the bottle every which way and tapped it on the edge of the table rotating to hit all sides to loosen them up. Now many come out as a single gummy when I pour them into my hand but some are still stuck together and will need to be separated before taking. I can't find any evidence that this NJ based company is producing and selling anything other than good vitamin supplements - so I gave them 4 stars. All my research seems to point to a legitimate company with products of good value. But how can I know for sure? I made my purchase based on low price for the quantity and supplement strength, and because it's a US company. If we're honest, can anyone prove whether the supplements we take really do anything for us? I can't tell one way or another. I just take them based on levels in bloodwork.

Went to see my doctor and my D3 level is great so I guess they work! They don't taste that bad either to be a sugar free vitamin.
