L’OREAL Effasol Color Remover 0.86oz/22.11g (Quantity: 1 Application)

excellent product - my hair has been dyed black for many years and I have tried several products to remove the build up to go lighter. This one we did one application and it has taken it up from black to a medium ginger colour and we reckon one more application and I'll be able to re colour it to the colour I want. If you have the dark colour build up problem that i had, don't waste your money on cheaper shop sold products- spend the little bit extra and try this!!

Used this to remove a green stain in my roots left from purple hair that had been bleached. Only mixed it with water and didn't leave on too long it lifted the stain really quickly and left my hair a bright yellow blonde which I toned to a lovely white blonde with purple shampoo the next day

This product was recommended via youtube, It really helped lift the unwanted colour out of my hair, even on the tough blue I had (it remains on the really damaged parts but this colour tends to stain the hair so the product wont touch it regardless). I would buy again

This removed my friends dark brown hair dye to give an ombré from brown to blonde. I also had badly stained hair from blue dye and wanted it removing to go a different colour, and it work amazingly. Would recommend anyone.

Terrible do not recommend

Used this with some developer and it turned the blue in my hair to silver/white instead. Didn't work so much on the green in my hair, it just made it a brighter green. I was happy to get the blue out of my hair however I've dyed my hair a dark green and as it has faded the blue has somehow come back. This product as okay but I don't think I'll be buying it again. (I used Arctic Fox hair dye.)

Amazing colour remover for unatural bright colour's like reds,blues, pink, purple etc. This stripper actual works in one go. You need 2 packets for past shoulder length hair however, so its a little expensive. But it strips ALL the colour out

Had mint green in my hair took it out lighten my roots to a pearl blonde and didnt ruin my hair as i am naturally dark brown simply amazibg waited a couple of weeks for produxt well wirth the wait

Simply if you add water it is not bleach if you add any volume developer it will act as bleach For me i did water with 5 drops of 10% developer smell was good applied it by brush , within 30 min all the stupid greenish grayish color despite i dyed my hair igora white dove after bleaching it was gone Left my hair bit dry but rosemary genuine oil restored it in 2 weeks

Ich bin über eine Youtuberin (Aka Aislinn) auf dieses Produkt aufmerksam geworden. Sie hatte keine Probleme mit dessen Hilfe blaue oder lilane Haare wieder los zu werden, was jeder weiß, der sich die Haare jemals in diesen Farben getönt hat. Ich wollte ebenfalls meine blauen Haare quitt werden, da sie nur eine Übergangslösung für mich waren. Meine Haare sind etwa Schulter lang und dick, dementsprechend habe ich zwei Päckchen bestellt. Da die Ware aus den USA kommt, hat es etwa 2 Wochen gedauert bis es hier war. Ich habe beide Päckchen mit 20% Entwickler nach Anleitung gemischt und aufgetragen. Während des Prozesses war ich skeptisch, da meine Haare zwar von einem mittleren blau zu einem hellen wurden, aber kein Blond zu sehen war. Um den Prozess zu unterstützen, habe ich meine Haare in Frischhaltefolie eingewickelt, um so ein bisschen meiner Körperwärme zuzuführen. Und siehe da - nach 30min waren meine Haare tatsächlich wieder blond! Ich möchte dennoch erwähnen, dass es sich bei dem Produkt um einen Colour Remover handelt, welcher auf einer Blondierung basiert! Dementsprechend darf man keine zusätzliche Hitze hinzuführen, da dies die Haare extrem schädigen kann! Für mich wird dieses Produkt auf jeden Fall der Retter in der Not bleiben.

Worked perfectly. I had this awful washed out shade of manic panic voodoo blue that would not come out. Was looking super dull and I was sick of it. I bought this after researching it a bit and I am beyond satisfied. I combined this with another l'oreal product, Oreor Creme 20 Volume Developer and it worked amazingly well. I mixed the colour remover with the developer and applied it to the parts of my hair with the dye. I left it on for a little over 30 minutes and it comepletely took the blue out. My hair looks like I bleached it again! Only thing that may be an issue for some is if they apply the mixture to their dark roots, it lightens it a bit. Nothing too bad though, looks like a natural light brown and blends with my hair nicely. Very satisfied!!

I used this with water to help remove red pigment from my hair, and it did exactly what I needed it to do. It mixed easily without clumping and lifted the color evenly. I was happy with the results, and my hair didn’t feel overly damaged afterward when used with the proper developer and hair care routine.
