Returned product due to issue with hardware which meant the screen kept going on/ off and also lines across screen. Seller refusing to refund full amount due to wear and tear albeit product not fit for purpose

Sending back as faulty. But what a faff this is not easy, have to print labels. Then wait for supplier to send me return label. Getting a refund so nothing lost except my time. They received the phone back on Friday but still haven't had my refund and it's now Wednesday.

Quality phone, screen and body look to be perfect to my eye. Absolutely no issues, why buy new when you can source a "Renewed" item of this quality. Represents a huge saving versus a brand new boxed item. you don't get Samsung charger and cable - but who hasn't got a draw full of usb and usb-c cables and bricks lurky in their kitchen?

Very good phone that's never gave me any problems. Boots up fast and charges fast too. The camera is really decent and the display is nice and bright. Fits perfectly in your pocket without the risk of it falling out.

This item was in perfect condition, as good as new, it worked well from switching it on, the pricing was just right for me being very good value would buy from this company again.

Im being generous with one star! The phone worked ok for a week then the centre crease in the fold went black, which restricted my access to the top screen rendering the phone U/S. Dont buy it and safe yourself the hassle of swapping to this phone and back again!

Je ne suis pas fan de ce type de portable pliant, mais mon épouse en voulait un, je dois avouer qu'il a été livré dans les délais, qu'il était dans sa boite d'origine et neuf, qu'une fois chargé, cela été un plaisir de voir que pour transférer les applis, les contacts, les message (sms) de l'ancien smartphone, qui n'était même pas de la même marque, tout se fait automatiquement, il suffit de confirmer le transfert et d'attendre que cela se termine, mais c'est assez rapide, bien sur plus il y a de choses à transférer plus ce sera long. Mon épouse est ravie de cet achat.

J'ai encors ce téléphone 4ans après il fonctionne toujours aussi bien.

Batterie très faible , problème appels entrants constant et mise en marche très longue !! J'attends un retour depuis 15 jours...
