Poor customer service when it doesn’t work! 😡
So I have used No No for years more than 10 mainly for facial peach fuzz (I don’t think it works on corse hair unless you spend ages going over the same area) but liked the results and wasn’t left with a prickly irritated face and grow back However, don’t be fooled about it slowing down growth if that was the case I still wouldn’t be using it regular! The main reason I have given it one star is I’ve only had this Nono for little over a year outside the warranty; it initially worked great (better than the one it replaced) however this was short lived. I bought the new tips (£43) and still didn’t work ie it wouldn’t removed hair down to the skin anymore. The reason why I am really annoyed is the crap aftercare. I emailed the company about the tips asking if they are defective I sent my receipt after I got a reply. I have never heard anything since and I have sent numerous of emails. I think they have a defective product unlike the original one I had which was more heavy weight and not so flimsy either that or the overpriced tips. Quality is poor Overpriced No customer care You won’t get any refund The hair growth does not slowdown If it worked it is ok for the face… but only when it works! Sorry NoNo get your act together 😡

Good intentions
Everything arrived as expected. Fully charged the nono and inserted the narrow tip. It would not work. Looked for advice online and in the supplied booklet, no luck. Have to return the item.

Not as good as you think
Bought this for my partner, thinking it would be an excellent method for hair removal. Only to find out it’s no better than shaving, as hair removed using a No No has a tendency to grow back darker and thicker. Not good as a permanent solution to hair removal.
