Has the side pocket got insulation?

The small front pocket doesn’t have insulation!! I had a bar of chocolate and it was melted by lunch therefore I’ve started keeping it in the main part.

Yes, it comes with an adjustable 51-inch long shoulder strap(long enough to go over the body), just as pictured.

Not sure but very roomy can get lots in it in addition to plastic containers as it expands Hope this helps

How do you recommend cleaning this bag? Can it be washed in washing machine?

I would recommend spot washing or hand wash in a big sink with some soap ;) This bag is made from effotrless maintain materials, you could easily clean it with a wipe or sink it in soap water. Please don't put it in wasing machine because it has metal bars around the zipper part.
