A must have
Oh my gosh.Since my adolescence I had longed for a vacuum with such vigorous suction, and having been somewhat promiscuous since then I have had cause to robustly test a variety of appliances ranging from Henry, to George, James and Charles. All were adequate, but none provided such a thrill as the sheer hardiness of this vacuum, which I have affectionately named Fredrick. No sooner had I made the necessary propriety arrangements, and assumed the correct position, did I find that the suction provided is enthusiastic, and equally distributed to provide the most full bodied experience I have had the pleasure of.Capacity is brilliant, so repeated application is possible without the need of emptying. Indeed, I have also found the suction capabilities so good, that often no debris or splash back are left around the nozzle, as I have found some reluctant to consume an entire hearty load. With such a brilliant range of attachments to vary the suction and general feel of the machine, I have barely had proper chance to fully experience it's capabilities, let alone the attractive blow function which I am sure will provide another dimension to the entire encounter.I cannot recommend this product enough.

Vac
Have only used this dry so far, but am quite impressed. It was easy to put together despite a few steps being missed off the instructions. In use, it sucks well, isn't too noisy and has a good reach. The castors are a very slight niggle though - as the machine's quite lightweight, and the hose enters at the top, the castors tend to snag on thresholds, causing the vac to tip over if you don't watch what you're doing.

An average Hoover in its function and build quality
I restore timber floors so I require a good Hoover for my work in the past 16 years I have had 2 Henry hovers which have both been greatI purchased this sealy Hoover on the posted reviews only to be perfectly honest "disappointed"The power cable is frankly a joke along with the nozzle hose also very short these are so short that I have to unplug the Hoover and find another power point across an average sized room the only resolve for this is buying a longer hose or use an extension lead to call it industrial is a bit boldSuction is ok but construction is very plastic and has a poor quality feel to it and somewhat noisyI will use the Hoover now I've bought it but in my opinion the trusty Henry is where my money will go next time

Stonking vacuum...
This thing sucks.... Wow does exactly what we needed...we are currently under going my Wife's latest housing project ( bless her ) and needed a vacuum that could handle everything thrown at it... Nothing stands in its way, old plaster bits of concrete, tiles you name it sucks up everything, even used the wet setting which I didn't think we'd use and that was good to. The quality is very good, one minor gripe is that the attachments are difficult to fit on the end of the hose but this must be the Wife's poor wrist action, and we used to have a very nice Border Terrier and since this arrived we haven't seen seen her... may show up when it's emptied.... Wear ear defenders!

Hoover now in the skip, very short elec cable
Hoover is fine but a ridiculously short electric cable. I can't even Hoover a room without having to replug. I will be replacing the flex immediately, what a shame!Sept 2016 update, this Hoover was purchased to hoover carpet tiles in a porta cabin. Reasonably dusty environment but nothing excessive. I threw the hoover away and bought what I should have done in the first place, a Henry. This Hoover had ridiculously low suction and was a complete waste of money. Buy a Henry!

At last a vacuum with real power.
After a month I'm still really pleased with this vacuum. I have bought several household ones over the past few years and none come near to this. I didn't buy it for industrial use and it isn't the easiest to move around, but boy does it suck. It is powerful and of course you don't have to empty it every 20 minutes. If you are tired of vacuuming and having to go over and over the same spot and emptying all the time, get one of these.

Needs longer lead
Could do with a longer cable - too short

Good unit well built
Good unit well built. Would benefit from a longer hose and a Nozzel. A little bit clumbersum but you can’t have it all ways.
