I got this for our soft serve machine. I wanted some mix that might be better than the one I have been purchasing. I took a chance after reading the reviews and glad I did. The instructions were not confusing to me like other reviews suggested. I will buy more of these mixes. I gave it only 4 stars for the price. But I guess you get what you pay for, so maybe its a 5 star product.

Unclear mixing instructions — all covered by a secondary sticker which destroyed the text. I have no idea how much water to mix ratio so I’ll play with it.

I went online to try and get directions and recipes and ended up having to make it by trial and error. Never got it right to what I liked but the flavor seemed like it you knew the measurements it could be great. Just too expensive for experimenting.

Very good product however, recipe instructions are very vague. We had to guess on the measurements which led to using up most of the container to find the right one.
