Oh the power of magnesium. At bedtime, I spray it into my hand and rub all over my feet and let them dry. Then I rub it on all of my points of pain and/or swelling. Let dry. Lastly, all over my hand and then put on compression gloves. And then proceed to get a lovely night of sleep. No leg cramps, no toe cramps, no hand cramps - it’s a miracle spray!

I've been using spray magnesium oil as underarm deodorant for at least 15 years. It works great! This one is my favorite brand. It's less runny than some I've used. I also spray it on the bottom of my feet right before bedtime which promotes better sleep. Get yourself some too! You won't be disappointed.

I have been using the past couple weeks and getting some of the best sleep I've had in years. Great product. Although it made the bottom of my feet rough. I Started using on other areas and it work just as well. .

Really easy to use and I can tell it’s helping—my leg cramps at night have been so much better since I started using it. I can’t say it’s made me fall asleep any quicker, but it definitely works for sore muscles and cramp relief, which is a huge plus. The only downside? It’s super drying. After a few nights my feet were flaky and even peeling, so I’d suggest having a good lotion on hand if you’re going to use this regularly. Overall, it does what it says for muscle relief, just be ready to deal with the dryness.

I cannot rave about this product enough. It is immediate absorption, my skin soaks it up, like no other, and the relief is incredible. I’m so grateful I found this product. I would say the only cons are it dries weird, kind of like a chalky consistency and it might be uncomfortable and also if you have recently shaved, or you have an irritated part of your body and you apply it it might itch/burn a little if you put too much. But other than that, this product is great and I’ve recommended it to so many people and they love it.

Have no complaints definitely helps relax me before sleeping. Always spray on my feet with a gentle rub.

I have had wonderful results from this Magnesium oil. I love it so much that I have already ordered a second bottle. I have MS. Between insomnia and leg cramps, I was just about to give up. I have a big bag of the Dead Sea salts and had been making my own spray with hot water and the salts in a spray bottle. It didn't help, but I kept trying. I got tired of having to get up 3-4 times a night and put more on.I have tried so many things in the past. I take CALM every night. I take melatonin, 5 HTP, I have chamomile, lemon balm, several teas that are supposed to help with sleep, but until I started using this, nothing worked. I have close to 20 different essential oils. Frankincense is supposed to help with leg cramps and restless legs. With this spray, you are supposed to spray 3-4 sprays on the bottom of your feet and massage it in. Let it air-dry before putting on socks or slippers. I have noticed that since using this magnesium spray, the soles of my feet are peeling off. You have never seen anything like it. They are coming off in sheets. I started putting coconut oil first and massaging it in before using the magnesium. I don't know if it is supposed to take all of your skin, but it is helping with the cramps that keep me up all night. I am very happy with my purchase!
