I've used headache cooling pads for about 20 years now. I've tried a lot of brands, some good, some not. These are not the worst ones I've purchased, but they are definitely on the bottom end.I love that they come individually packaged. In fact, of all the brands I've tried, these are the only ones that are that way, which is the main reason I didn't rate them lower. It makes NO SENSE to me that companies package 2 together, when you can only use 1 at at time.These do cool a bit, but it doesn't last long. You can see and feel that there is VERY LITTLE of the 'cooling gel' in them.These are less expensive than most, but they prove the old adage, "You get what you pay for".
