Not a fluffy cloud
Updated: Customer service is quick and attentive. A replacement was sent that is more evenly filled though still not as heavy as the blanket it was replacing. Not 100% what I was looking for but a much better blanket than the first one. The second one wasn't vacuum sealed, so perhaps the vacuum sealing is part of the problem since the first blanket never ended up having the feathers evenly distributed. The blanket is warm, but it promised heavy and well-stuffed. It was purchased to replace a very old, very fluffy down comforter. I've tried the dryer method and letting it air-fluff. It seems quite under-filled. Very disappointed in this.

Extremely happy with my comforter!
I purchased the Heavy weight (90oz fill) palatial king size, which hangs nicely on bed and as a bonus provides more cover when little ones come pile up for snuggles and instantly cocoon themselves leaving someone to freeze. Anyway, during the ice storm in January, this kept us warm and toasty while without power for more than a week. Extremely happy with our purchase. Only negative is that it will not fit in my washer or dryer. I like to put them in dryer-no heat, to fluff and refresh with wool dryer balls, but this is way too bulky for that.

Love it perfect blanket
Ok so this is one of the best blankets I have ever owned in my life.i would highly recommend and will be buying for all beds in my house.Thickness is perfect.Great purchase.I will say when you wash it and it isn't as puffy as when you bought it .It isn't dried.

Perfect for those snowy nights!!!
For the cold Northern Michigan winters, this down comforter checks all the boxes. As is typical of natural fibers, after unpacking, it could take a couple of days for it to fluff up properly. I took the time to stuff it in the dryer for a few delicate, no heat, cycles in the dryer which gave it a headstart! I'm going on the 3rd week and it has only gotten even better. Super fluffy, nice mid to heavy weight Palatial King (for a down comforter!!!), and ZERO ISSUES!!! Next stop is a duvet cover to protect it from the 200lbs of Am. Akita who are taking it over!!! 🤣
