The bike collided with my leg, and though there were only minor bruises, it could have been much worse if the vehicle in front hadn’t braked in time. This is a major safety concern. • Battery Malfunction: The battery randomly stops working during rides. I have to switch the cycle off and on again to get it running. This is frustrating and unreliable. • Unstable Seat: The seat keeps shifting out of place even after multiple attempts to fix it. It makes longer rides very uncomfortable and feels poorly designed. I expected much better quality and safety standards at this price point.

Delivery got delayed due to wrong address pin by seller or courier. After regerous follow up got the item delivered. Good customer support by amazon. After 2 weeks of ride, I can say features are as specified except range. U can get max 30 Km range in city.

Nice bike , very comfortable to ride even on rough roads. Originally, the battery key was missing from the box so I couldn't lock it. After contacting customer service they were extremely helpful. They called me back almost every day, trying to help me sort it out. Today I received a brand new battery with set of keys at no cost. Now that's customer service. Besides that the bike is really awesome. Very affordable and practical.

It’s been around 1 and a half years I’ve been using the e-bike and I love the experience, however just a while ago the charger stopped working which I don’t mind buying a new one but the company doesn’t sell a charger and that’s funny. I tried contacting the seller and still no response, even tried contacting a dealer in the area and they don’t answer their phone. Emotorad needs to fix up, at least start selling the bloody chargers for your own bikes, I don’t understand what you expect us to do as customers.
