BEING DIABETIC I USE PRODUCTS LIKE THIS TO CONTROL MY SUGAR. I HAVE USED GLUCERMA ON AND OFF FOR YEARS WHILE TRYING SIMILAR PRODUCTS FROM OTHER VENDORS TO COMPARE. I THINK IT IS A GOOD PRODUCT BUT AT SOME POINT THE TASTE WAS REVISED AND I DIDN'T CARE FOR IT. BUT I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND IT AS A DIETARY SUPPLEMENT.
