Excellent seasoning. Add a little at a time and cook some and taste before adding more
Excellent seasoning. Remember Cajun seasoning goes a long way as not much has to be used unless you want to be breathing fire like a dragon.I love Cajun food, but I find you hav3 to watch your spices very close lumpy. BTW, milk will cure sizzling mouth from too much spice. Consumer slowly, as you may need to drink more than you initially thought. Water makes it worse
