The frame had a couple of dings and scratches but nothing noticeable after assembly. However, one of the indents was on the end of a pipe that prevented the other pipe from being able to connect, so I had to get a pair of plyers to fix this and then force the other pipe in to finish the assembly. The biggest downfall is how cheap and flimsy the plastic side tables are, and how they're awkwardly placed. The opening in the frame is barely big enough to get a drink cup through so you have to reach around the frame to set down or pick up a drink.The cushions are thinner and cheaper feeling than expected, and one thing I didn't realize was that the fold-down day bed doesn't swing, there's a stopper, which isn't a big deal.There are two sizes of bolts and rubber caps, all of the larger rubber caps are too large and fall off so the bright silver bolts are noticeable, which is unfortunate.I like the little arm cushions that came with it, I like the color scheme and canopy and it was relatively easy to assemble.I still enjoy the swing but if I had to do it all over again I don't think I'd purchase this again.

Assembly took an hour or so with two of us using an impact driver. The battery powered tool speeds up the process greatly. The instructions are only drawings, but pretty good. The whole thing is a little lightweight, but seems sturdy enough for adults.

It's perfect for short people! I'm 5'2" and my feet easily touch the ground so I can push to swing. My husband is 6 feet and it is still comfortable for him too. The cushions are comfortable but do not tie to the frame so they slide a little but not enough to be aggravating....I may just use some velcro....easy solution ;)

The good: It's reasonably comfortable. It's nice and easy to transform it into a bed. It looks pretty good.The bad: It's not waterproof at all. It's more of a water sponge than repellant. It was in a light rain and was soaking wet for over a week. I had to wring out the cushions in order to sit on it even after it was in hot dry air for over a week. The teeth on the canopy adjuster were broken almost instantly. They were very soft. It still holds pretty well but you have to tighten the bolts pretty tight. I had some rust on one of the side rails after a week of being outside. It might have gotten damaged in transport. One of the cushions had a busted seam right out of the box. The side tables are nice but when you're sitting on the swing it's very hard to reach them due to the side support beam. Most of the bolt caps have fallen off in the first week. There really isn't much holding them on. The instructions are pretty vague and can be frustrating. Some things aren't labeled and some bags contain many different bolts and screws with no indication for how they're supposed to go in. When I took the cushions out of the package I was hoping they would kind of puff up to provide more padding but they still remain pretty thin. All in all I probably would buy a different brand if I were to purchase another one.

This swing is great and the customer service from the seller is teriffic. Two small parts were missing and i had them in less than a week. very durable and attractive.

The box was delivered almost completely destroyed, I was skeptical of the condition of the swing. However all pieces were intact. The swing has been outside for a couple of months, exposed to extreme Florida sun and rain. The only difference is that the red color isn’t as bright now. It’s a strong swing.

This patio swing chair it’s so beautiful. I love the side tables, they’re so useful. It’s big enough for easily 2 people. It’s also adjustable and can be turned as a bed. However, they sent me the wrong parts. I was suppose to get the parts J + J1 but I got two Js and ended up screwing the parts together instead of putting them in together. So it feels a bit unsecured. So, make sure you have the right parts with it otherwise you’d either have to screw them together through the outside of the wholes or wait for them to send you a new piece (which technically takes weeks).

It is an amazing swing. What sold me on it is the triangular canopy.
