MegaFood Blood Builder Iron Supplement, Energy Support, 60 Mini Tablets

Impressed this works. I've tried so many iron supplements nothing has worked. I'm anemic have to get transfusions often. Also constantly exhausted and have bad brain fog. 2 weeks in I'm feeling better, my mind has cleared. Exhaustion is subsiding not enough to start working out but I can finally get up and do chores and things I need to without having to take a nap after. Will be ordering more.

The extra expense was worth it to me, because I find these are the best iron supplements, by far. They are made with real food and clinically shown to increase iron levels, without the stomach issues. They also have Vit C to help with absorption and Folic Acid & B12 for red blood cell production. I love that I can take them on an empty stomach. I did switch over to the minis because the regular ones are fairly large.

Started on these mini tabs last week and already got a little more pep in my step, mini tabs easy to swallow, so far, no gastric issue or after taste. I think if you're looking for an iron supplement that does a little more this is the one.

I have always been anemic, but when I was younger I had to have intestinal surgery that affected how I absorb nutrients. I had to start taking a multitude of vitamins every day. After 30+ years of taking handfuls of vitamins I just got fed up feeling like I rattled when I walked so I stopped taking them and thought I’d be fine. Not so. I felt fine at first, but after a couple of months I started feeling tired, weak and nauseous. It progressed to hardly being able to function, getting extremely dizzy and having a constant mind fog. I never correlated the symptoms to my stopping vitamins. After about 6 months I had lost over 60 pounds and knew something was wrong. I went to my doctor and had blood tests done which showed I had severe vitamin deficiencies, especially folic acid, iron, vitamin D, and most of my B vitamins. I was given a transfusion then a stern lecture on taking my vitamins regularly. I was given liquid vitamins for most of them, but my doctor recommended this Blood Builder supplement for the anemia. I started feeling better almost immediately and now take these religiously. I take them at night before I go to bed because the iron can upset my stomach. They do have a very strong taste even when swallowed quickly with a lot of water. I like how I am getting exactly what I need with one supplement instead of taking 3-4 individual ones. If you suspect you have anemia I highly recommend these.

The best iron supplement that I’ve tried. I notice a change in my energy and breathlessness when I take it. The taste is pretty bad but I just swallow it quickly.

It is much better than sulfate iron, which I got so uncomfortable, even with a meal. This one is great and I don't get sick at all. Already bought it for second time.

Works very well! I have anemia before trying these my level was a 10. After about 3 weeks level was 40. Doesn't irritate my stomach. No constipation .The taste isn't great but only lasts for a moments.

I loved this iron because it did not make me sick and did not have a bad after taste. Was recommended to me by my doctor.

I have been taking it for a month now, and my iron level didn't increase even a bit.
