Extremely Disappointed – Received a Defective Product
I received the product just 10 minutes ago, and upon opening the package, I found it damaged. One of the stool’s legs was cracked from the bottom. I’m not sure whether this defect was due to poor handling by Amazon or if Nacia intentionally shipped a faulty item, but either way, it reflects a serious lapse in quality control and packaging. As a customer, I’m highly disappointed with this experience. I received a defective and broken product, and I would not recommend this third-class product to anyone.
