Does it include wall mounting hardware?

It does come with the mounting hardware , however my husband needed to add longer angle iron to each bracket so the screen would touch the ground when you are using it

Can this be plugged in all the time? If so, where is the AC plug located (left, right, or center)?

When looking at the screen as if you are hitting, the power is located on the top right. The battery it uses lasts a pretty long time and so you could charge it after using for a couple hrs and be good for a while
