I bought these for my kids in grade school. They are exactly what I wanted, but I'm not sure they are for everyone. They are pretty small. I like that they are lightweight. They have a soft padding underneath that seems like it's filled with bean bags filling. It also has a nice little handle to carry it. I like the slot to put a pencil or pen, but sometimes the kids try to write over it. I have to remind them not to do that. We don't use them for laptops. We just use them for doing homework or just a hard surface to write on. So, I'm not sure how they do with heat. But these are perfect for our purposes. I even bought one to put in my car, for when I need to write something. I would recommend if you're looking for something small, lightweight and simple. They are great for kids

I gave this to my 9-year-old granddaughter and she likes it. She uses it a lot and it's functional, it's comfortable, it's sturdy, it doesn't take up a lot of space, it's not adjustable of course but for a 9 year old little girl she likes it. I would recommend for an adult you get something that's a little bit more adjustable and a little bit bigger than this but for a smaller person or a child it's perfect.

I bought this lap desk because I like to switch up where I am sitting, occasionally on the floor or laying in bed. It's perfect for drawing or to open a small laptop on, but not both at one. In this specific scenario, you get what you paid for. A lap pad that's on the smaller side, somewhat sturdy but definitely cheaply made, with no adjustment options, but relatively comfortable to use. It works, and you get what you pay for when it comes to value for the money. With it's compact size it's easy to find a place to put it, and while it's not super high quality I think it will last long enough to pay it's self off. I took off one star just because there's nothing that stands out as "higher quality", or "innovation", it's just a standard, cheap lap desk.

...but I am proving to be *pleasantly surprised!* The moment I picked it up from my front porch, it's cheap price point was clear and I started wondering if I should have ordered one of the $25 brands, instead. HOWEVER, I've been using it all week with my 16" Framework (not as wide as some other 16" laptops), and I've found it to be perfectly fine in daily use. My laptop fits the top surface perfectly and has had no issues with ventilation. It has been comfortable [so far] on my boney legs [lol] and has felt rather stable under my laptop, in spite of the inexpensive materials used. It's too soon to comment on longevity, especially of the cushion's beads, which will surely compress over time, but the overall construction is rather sound.So, yeah, color me surprised! Kudos to the company for meeting the bare minimum specs for a perfectly serviceable product at a bargain price. I legit can't even knock off a single star on this one. It is precisely as-advertised and worth every penny you'll save if you're highly budget conscious...College students, I'm looking at you!

It’s ok. I have a 15 inch MacBook and the MacBook pretty much takes up the entire surface. There’s no real grip so the computer could slide off your lap, however it is super lightweight not heavy or clunky.

It’s a cute little desk, but it’s small so my daughter did not like it but if you’re looking for a small on the go desk, then I recommend this desk, but it didn’t suit us because my daughter wanted a bigger one to color and wanted it to have other features such as a lamp, etc.

Great for laptops and tablets. It has a groove to hold a pen, pencil, or stylus. There is padding on the underside to prevent it from hurting. The top is sturdy and easily wiped clean. Can also, use to eat or write. It is a bit slippery, so it can be used with a mouse. Good product for the price. I chose pink, but it comes in a few other colors.
