Don't By from this seller you have to pay for Return! Kenwood Radios use a jumbled up and channel order and different CTCSS / DCS codes making generally them incomparable or just plain awkward talking if you would like people using normal Makes of Radios this is fine if you have Kenwood Radios already.

No problems so far, gave it as a present to my 8 year old daughter : it's small, lightweight, easy to understand, looks cool, very solid construction, and has USB-C ports to easily recharge. Sounds is like all theses Talkie Walkies, not so good as a cellular phone, but you understand everything. The display is cool, but does not make configuration changes easy : you need the user manual to understand what you do. I did it one time to take away the Roger Beep, now I won't do any changes any more. Changing from one channel to the next remains easy. The user manual is really complete - which gave me confidence that Kenwood has real users in mind. Battery seems very good, still marked full after 5 hours usage.
