Had this for 4 months and only used it 6 times and the computer function is very poor! Followed all the instructions and the rice was always terrible. Had rice cooker for years but never had one like the way this one worked. It used to beep when done but the electrical functions went out of whack. After the rice cooked then it would restart again backwards.....Yes the craziest thing I ever seen in a rice cooker!! The rice burned. This is not worth the price. I'm happy with my Consori brand that works way better then this one. Threw this one in the trash whe it belongs. I have tried several times to test this and it wasn't working right. I was able to get my refund back and didn't have to return. Need a rice cooker? Look into the Consori brand I haven't had no issues with it. This brand has a very poor electrical functions where it may work good the first time but the rice is terrible even if you wash the rice.

Just plug it in, touch the menu button. With every touch of the menu button, it cycles through the settings. When it's where you want it, press start and that's it. To stop or cancel a cycle or to exit the keep warm mode, press and hold down cancel. You have to leave your finger on it for a few seconds for it to work. This is a good feature that prevents accidental button pressing.I initially used this with medium grain white rice on the low carb function. Worked pretty well. Then as a bonus, I realized there was a dolsot function! The best thing ever! Now I can have pegao/nurungji/crispy rice whenever I crave it! 😋P.S. I noticed a reviewer wrote this: "After the rice cooked then it would restart again backwards..."I'm just letting everyone know that reviewer was mistaken. That count up after the countdown from the rice cooking is the keep warm function letting you know how long the rice has been kept on keep warm. Sounded like that particular reviewer in their confusion left the pot on way too long causing their rice to burn. Tech isn't for everyone, so keep that in mind if you're buying it as a gift.

This little rice cooker works great. It looks good on your counter top and does the job. Can make a variety of rices. Made for one person and can steam veggies or anything you want. I love this machine.

This product performs as advertised. And having the low carb rice is great. The only small issue I have is with the inner basket when you are finished cooking the rice. The little wire loop is good for lifting it out of the water. But It might be a little warm. And the loop also gets in the way when trying to get the rice out of the inner basket. These are NOT deal breakers. Also, cleaning the inner basket if you don't have a dishwasher can be a little tricky. However, all in all, I would still recommend this item.

Title and description says this makes 4 uncooked cups. Received the cooker and it says on the box that it only makes 3 cups.Returning because it’s too small for me and removing stars because of the wrong product description.

I was desperate to make this work, as I really wanted a low-carb rice solution. However, after just a few tries, the menu/start button stopped functioning. Unfortunately, this left me with no way to cook food, as the "Keep warm" button was the only one that worked.

This machine is temperamental when it comes to programming. For some reason it often will not bring up the menu and then I have to mess with for a few minutes. Very frustrating as a busy mom. Once it allows me to program it does cook the rice nicely.
