I really love the Orange flavor, but these are good too, if you're sick with COVID or otherwise badly dehydrated. Double check with your doctor. I think only one glass a day is recommended.

I love it I drink it a lot, when I’m sick …….. when I’m not I fill the glass half full with ice because it’s really sweet without the ice. But it’s a good way to get the water in!
