I decided to start taking TMG after doing some research for my training. I’m in my 50’s now and train in the gym 5 days a week, but my recovery was not as fast as I was hoping. TMG is supposed to increase muscle mass and decrease body fat all whilst improving longevity whilst training? And to be honest, I have noticed a difference in the first 30 days of use. I do seem to be recovering faster and I don’t fatigue as fast in the gym, plus, I have noticed a decrease in my visceral fat, so fingers crossed, this is doing exactly what it is supposed to do. The brand is unknown to me, I just looked at the reviews and tried my luck, but the quality does seem to be good. The capsules are easy to swallow, I take 3 capsules daily with my post workout protein shake everyday. I’ve noticed a difference, so I would recommend anyone give them a try.

These are great value and you can. Price the difference in energy and sleep and overall mood.

The TMG capsules come in a good quantity and there’s no bad taste when swallowing, which is a plus. They don’t smell great, but that’s expected with pure supplements. I appreciate that they’re third-party tested — it gives me confidence in their purity. That said, I did notice some mild stomach upset during the first few days of taking them, which settled down afterward. Overall, a decent product, but be prepared for a bit of adjustment at the start.

Been using these for a month now. Good value for money. I take it with my NMN in the morning. I feel more energised.
