Big and good quality
The media could not be loaded. I didn't imagine it would be so big, but it's a great bread box. It's spacious, good quality and good value for money.

Aesthetically pleasing, overall good quality but some improvement required
The media could not be loaded. On the whole it's great quality and looks very aesthetically pleasing. But it's slightly let down by the stuck on plastic BREAD text on the side. It's worth noting the amount of clearance the lid needs, to be fully open you must place it 9cm from the wall. So it can't sit flush against the backspash. The capacity is huge. And it's tall too.Besides the text it is very well made. It looks a quality peice. It would be massively improved if the text would be embossed.

Not as good as I expected
I was very disappointed with this bread bin, the quality of it is rubbish, it's so "tinny" When you touch it it rattles like tin sheeting. It is large enough to hold a full loaf of bread and the bread did stay fresher due to the ventilation holes, the colour is "latte cream" which is ok but not really attractive to be on display in your kitchen. There is other items to add to a collection but I'm afraid I wont be buying them because of the "tinniness" of the bread bin. No I would not recommend this item. It's way over priced, £59.97 for a bread bin ???

Kitchencraft Lovello bread bin
I’m not as keen on this sizeable metal bread bin as I’d expected to be. The colour is more pinkish/beige tinged than cream. I note that the colour appears differently in several of the pictures used throughout the listing, but the main item image showed a yellow-toned cream and I’m not so fond of the pink/brown tinged reality. The coloured sides have a finish with perhaps the tiniest hint of sheen. The ‘latte cream’ sides and handle are made from metal but the silver-coloured base, which raises this up slightly from being flat to the work surface, is all plastic. The plastic is shinier than the silver metal of the handle, so the finish doesn’t quite match. On the bread bin I received there are a number of scratches to the surface of the handle. At the price point this comes at, these issues of finish are disappointing. The metal sides of the bread bin are reasonably sturdy, but do feel as though they could be dented easily. This has a simple, hinged lid that opens and closes easily. The space inside is plenty for an 800g loaf, plus some other baked goods.

Very 1950's retro...
This is a good looking, retro design bread store that stands out in the kitchen. I've lost count of the number of people who have commented on the look of the bin. Very well made piece of kitchenalia, everything just fits perfectly. There are ventilation holes at the back of the breadbin to enable air to circulate and prevent any bread stored from going mouldy too quickly. Certainly in our usage so far bread in this bin last around 2-3 days longer than in our other breadbin. The only real downside is that you can't get more than a decent sized loaf in it. For keeping it clean and looking good all I've done is wipe it inside and out with a damp cloth and then towelled it dry. Both the internal and external surfaces are well painted, but there are a couple of areas; particularly around the vent points, where the seams may be exposed. For this price you'd expect it to be a well made quality product and this certainly delivers.
