This item was reconditioned, in another products box with no instructions. This wasn’t made clear when buying the product.

Big let down!!!
Well, where should l begin........!! This 'dustbuster' gets so full of dust you have to be careful where you are emptying it out otherwise you'll have to suck it all up again. the fragile clip which you open to empty the dust out on the "dust collection cylinder" broke off, exactly the same thing happened on our Rollerball Dyson Vacuum Cleaner, we now use heavy duty tape to keep it closed. This machine has now decided to operate for a grand 10 seconds........we would never buy another Dyson product at all. If you have 30 or so minutes free (even before Covid) and want to get through to Dyson Customer Services good luck with that!!!

Charging charging charging.
Looks good. Tidy suction. Charging time *sucks*. Something like 4 hours for 20 minutes or just over 5 minutes on max suction. Yes, 4 hours for 5 minutes. Doesn't work off mains either, so if it runs out of charge you have to wait a few hours. OK so it's a cordless quick ac, but at 150 quid I was expecting more.

Dyson hand held cleaner.
Fantastic piece of equipment. Great for using on the stairs. Far better than using my heavy upright cleaner.
