These lights are so nice and they are super sturdy, I know, because I was distracted while unpacking them on my counter and my cat jumped up, slid into them and knocked them to the floor! They survived without a scratch.The shades are plain, but classy. Maybe someday I will want to change them out with something spicier, watered silk or tassels, but for now, they match everything and add a bit of restful glowing warmth.They were a cinch to install and I used small watt warm white lightbulbs since the shades are not opaque.

Very classy, attractive sconces. The linen shades look good and the gold is muted- more like champagne bronze or antique brass. It is not a yellow or orangey color.I would buy again however there are two things I noticed:1. A ground screw was not included with either fixture.2. There is a limit when screwing the light pole to the face plate and at its tightest still will loosen with the weight of the fixture if you aren’t careful.

These 2 light wall sconce is just perfect. I was looking for a modern black fixture to match the modern aesthetics in my home. It was easy to put together and install.

I have been searching for a sconce to update my guest room and this hits the mark exactly. For starters, my home is old and the only hardwired light in this bedroom is a sconce. So I wanted something that casts light in all directions - unlike most sconces that direct light in one or two directions. Secondly, I needed something that was modern, but not too flashy to keep with the style and vintage of the home. And the third odd requirement, was I needed a light bright enough to handle primary lighting for the room. My final need was a light that was low profile from the wall because it's right in the primary pathway through the room and of course I don't want people knocking into it.Suffice to say, that laundry list is a tall order for most sconces out there. But I finally found this one and it does exactly what I needed. And looks good doing it.One small note on the installation. It's a bit tricky to get the mounting plate to sit perfectly level. The lights are wide spread so the weight is not easy to get balanced. I had to remove the base a couple times and adjust the screws until I got it to my liking. But hey, I am picky. This isn't a big deal, but just something to be aware of.Great light, would definitely recommend it, if it suits your application and style.

The light fixture is highly recommended. It is very stylish and a high-end product.
