Can I shape the product like the picture after I receive it？

Yes. If you really like the shape in the product details page, you can first adjust the trunk to the angle of the trunk on the product details page, and then shape the branches according to the picture.

What if the product is found to be broken after receiving it?

If you find that the product is broken during transportation after receiving it, we will definitely handle this matter as soon as possible. We 100% hope to provide you with a relaxed and enjoyable shopping experience.

Why are the leaves facing outwards when first unpacked? Can they return to the appearance shown in the image?

This is normal. To keep the leaves safe during shipping, they are packed facing outward. You can gently adjust them by hand, or they’ll settle naturally in about 6–8 days to look just like the photo.

Is the olive tree prone to leaning once assembled?

This tall tree may tilt if the weight is uneven. If so, gently bend the trunk back in the opposite direction to help it stand straight. Make sure the pot is on a flat surface.
