Really worked and helped to align my teeth. I didn’t have a big issue so I was helping with a slight overbite that was giving me a lisp.

The “mouth guard” came with no instructions. From what I’ve read in the reviews & description, I tried warm water. I’ve tried boiling it. I’ve tried boiling it for so long I was certain I’d ruined it & the whole thing would melt. It didn’t. They should have constructed the World Trade Center out of the same material this mouthpiece is made from, because it’s indestructible. Btw, it hurts using it.

Clean with denture brush and dishwashing liquid, thoroughly rinse and store in a vented case to allow for best sanitary care. Vivid color makes it easy to see. I use it with my CPAP unit at night.
