Received my order for Staedtler Carbon 0.7mm HB Mechanical Pencil Lead. Only one tube. Product description states pack of 12 tubes!!!

I ordered this product some time ago and received exactly what it states - I mean there is 12 pieces of carbon sticks in a plastic tube shown on the photo. This is what I got and I use from some time. Maybe you thought that it will be 12 plastic tubes with 12 carbon sticks in each ... well, I understood it that it it is one plastic tube with 12 carbon sticks in it - and that was what I got.
