The UK rules are far more stringent than the US but the regs were changed in 2020. If it has a ECE sticker or marking then it's legal.

I looked up the UK requirements for a road legal helmet and found that any helmet must conform to either to the British Standard or the ECE Standard (European equivalent) and must be marked to confirm that it does. This helmet, although the images on Amazon do not show it, is marked at the back on the sloping part to show it conforms to the ECE 2250 Standard making it legal for UK use according to all the legal advice published by UK Government on the internet.
