After searching for the cleanest chocolate I could find, (because I simply cannot live without chocolate, I've tried), HU wins out hands down. With only a few ingredients, it hits the spot with no processed sugar, no erythritol, no artificial anything, and no preservatives. I enjoy a handful of dark chocolate gems every day without guilt. The salty version is my favorite, but the mint and plain dark chocolate are also quite tasty. They are pricy, but you get what you pay for, and I would rather support a company that works to give me a clean, quality product. HU has my heart forever.

The perfect after dinner dessert. Minimal and simple ingredients.

This chocolate does not contain cane sugar. It’s sweetened with coconut sugar. I find it not too sweet as so much cane sugar sweetened chocolate is; and less “addicting” for me.

Quality is there along with satisfaction.

I love the HU Mint Gems and am sorry to see that they are discontinued from HU. I hope they will reconsider and bring back this flavor. These are great in the afternoon (or evening) when you just sit down with a cup of coffee. For me, better than any kind of "chocolate product" out there.I do hope that Hu will continue the GEMS even though the Mint will be gone.The package arrived in a small box and the best buy date was four months away. Tightly wrapped. Amazon delivery driver was so careful bringing to my door. I wish I could thank them personally.Highly recommend!

I usually love these gems…they have a lot of flavor and are a great snack when you need a little chocolate. I buy them from a local store but wanted to get in bulk…unfortunately the packs I got from Amazon were disgusting. They turned light like old chocolate and lack flavor. A bag from the store with a Best Buy date sooner than the Amazon bags taste SO much better. Buy these, but find them locally.

These are perfect little treats for any healthy minded adult or child :)

I use these for baking as well as snacking (mostly snacking).
