How wide is the seat cushion. How much do arms intrude on that?

The seat is 20 “ inches wide and the arms do not protrude over the seat They are about 16 inches long.

The box was partially opened upon arrival. The hardware package is missing. I can not put together without the screws, etc. Can you send hardware?
