Super tidy looking, replaced a standard cage with this fidlock base/bottle and it's impossible not to love how clean it looks.Coming from a YT bike, which had Fidlock by default as frame couldn't house a normal bottle cage the Fidlock has always looked nice but on that bike it was very fiddly and precise to get it attached, but it holds very well - I did 2,000 miles on this bike, bike park Wales trips along with some extreme unofficial trails and never dropped a fidlock bottle.And now to this purchase I'm pleased to report, on a bike with ample space for a cage/bottle Fidlock works wonderfully, clips in almost by just throwing the bottle at it (slight exaggeration) but certainly a handful of practice clips and you'll have it sussed and it's quite difficult to go wrong.I also remember paying twice this price in the past, finally Fidlock entering the realms of affordable.

Well thought out design, holds solid on the bike even on trails with jumps, nice easy function to use and the mounts fairly clean to look out rather than a cage messing up your aesthetics.Only down side is the price but considering the development that went into the product I’d assume that’s why the price tag.

Takes weight off backpack so you can spend more time riding. Easy to remove and it sticks well onto the bike frame. Drinking from the flask is also easy as its a great lightweight product, works in dishwasher too. Use the screws/washers provided. Have taken on the blue and red trails, done jumps and no issues. This is a 5 star product from me.

I’ve changed my shock and the new one interfered with the original bottle cage & any bottles it contained.This fidlock has some adjustment up and down that helps, plus the bottle attaches closer to the frame which gains a little more clearance.Test rode my gravel route and no concerns about it falling off, need to do an off road route to confirm it’ll withstand normal punishment.Pricey but am happy. No doubt I’ll get another for the gravel bike 🤣

One of the best botle on market

The bottles a bottle, holds water, bit of a hole in the top to get said water out. The fidlock adaptor is awesome, haven't had a cage on a bike for a few years now, these are the best!

Way over priced

I ride an XS bike so there isn't much room to mount things. I've tried the side entry water bottle mounts but they are so stiff that I have to get off the bike and use to hands to pry the bottle out. This product is perfect! And if you go to the Fidlock web site, you can even print a template of the bottles to make sure it will fit on your bike. So pleased! I was worried about bottle leaking as observed by another reviewer but I have not had that problem.
