Instructions are easy to understand although smaller attachment is a bit of a nightmare to fit on you have to get rubber seal correct hence we don’t use that part

Extremely disappointing. The motor lacks power, the ice-grinding attachment is difficult to lock in place, and the overall performance is very poor. Blade too small for the jug: Undersized blade / Poor capacity ratio. Ice attachment is a pain to secure: Difficult to lock in place / Frustrating attachment mechanism

This liquidiser was really good but the jug only lasted about 3 months then bits of it kept falling off and the handle broke so could no longer use it

Excellent product love this

dear Sir or madam i just used once and doesent work secong time so i need anothther one as i rrealy need this pleaae can you either send me the one or refund and i can rerurn to you yes i can anws you

I bought this blender mainly to grind spices, and it does grind well. However, there is a serious problem — it leaks from the top when running. I tried several times to fix it and made sure everything was fitted properly, but the issue didn’t go away. Because of this, I believe the product I received is defective. I would not recommend it unless this issue is fixed, as it can be messy and unsafe to use.

Love this for the price Speed is good easy to use however am not sure how to use the small part that comes with it but I have not yet tried that part out But overall good blender

I am enjoying this.

Returned as the motor failed after first few uses. I was blending coffee beans, nothing to strenuous for motor, and noticed a strong electrical type burning smell. I stopped immediately and upon inspection found charred plastic from under the spinning blade. Maybe it was a one off issue but would be reluctant to recommend this item

For the price, the quality is good. Super useful, beautiful, and practical.

Don't buy, don't buy! I never review things I buy, but this time I had to come here. This device is incredibly bad; it doesn't beat anything at all. It's bad in every way. The cup broke the second time I used it, and a piece of plastic came off. The container's connection to the device is fragile and comes off easily. If you put a banana in there, it has extreme difficulty crushing it. It would be great if everyone involved in the development and sale of this product had the same one at home. IT'S SO BAD IT'S DESPAIRING.

Its ok but not great and it heats up if you use it too long
