It is easy to use and makes great soft serve ice cream. It doesn’t really make more than one serving at a time, but it really works well and doesn’t take up a lot of space in your freezer. Just make sure that you follow the directions and don’t add ingredients until it is fully assembled. Otherwise, it will start to freeze so quickly that you will have to start over. We love it and the price is well worth it.

This product is fabulous. Makes tasty ice cream. Kiddos now favorite is coconut ice cream made using the vanilla recipe and adding shredded coconut. Easy to clean. Small enough to easily store. Makes the perfect amount of ice cream for one person in 20 to 25 mins. Less time than running to the grocery store for some. Simple enough for small children to enjoy making their own ice cream. Well priced. Churn a little longer for firmer ice cream. Even better if you put the finished product in the freezer for a bit though fun not necessary. I e purchased these for friends and they report they love them! Makes a great gift for those not easy to buy for and for all age groups.

This is a fun item and works pretty well. Note that the portion size is small, you can only make 1 cupful, and then you have to freeze it again. So if you have 2 ice cream lovers, you may want to get 2., etc. The final product is soft, but you can put it in the freezer to harden it. My climate is warm, so it was a bit more difficult to get the ice cream to freeze. But overall, I'm happy with it.

Does what it says it’s supposed to. Definitely a novelty. Sent it to the goodwill (I bought 2!). Good for something the grandkids would experiment with. (Didn’t realize heavy cream was that expensive. Buy the Graeters! - Cincinnati girl here)

Perfect device. We make all different flavours of ice creams and sorbets. It’s quick and simple. The only issue is getting a replacement paddle. Somehow ours has suddenly been lost. Expecting a delivery today of a new entire Dash My Mug Ice Cream Maker. That I immediately reordered one says all there is to know.

I read a lot of reviews before purchasing this, that said they did not get good results. My results were fantastic! I have some suggestions that might help. It's imperative if you are using the freezer compartment of your fridge, that you have the thermostat set to at least five. That way you can be sure the freezer compartment we'll get down to zero or below. Make sure you put the freezer cup on the floor and the back of the freezer compartment as that is the coldest spot. I also put the paddle inside the cup while it was freezing. My results were great after just 24 hours of freezing the cup. Make sure your ice cream liquid is well chilled before adding to the machine. In fact, place it in the freezer compartment for about 5 minutes. Don't pull the freezer cup out until you are ready to go. I added guar gum to my ice cream solution. 1/8 tsp. Gives it a very creamy texture with absolutely no ice crystalization. The final product had the texture of a very thick Wendy's Frosty, or a DQ Blizzard. I could have placed it back in the freezer to harden it, but I enjoyed it just the way it was. I love soft serve!

My freezer has a super cold setting of-5. I left it for 24 hours and it make a perfect batch. It does only make a small amount but it's great for one or two people. if you can't make your freezer exceedingly cold you might have trouble. I did use it once when it had only been in the freezer for five hours. It only made it soft serve but still delicious!

Parecia perfeita, mas infelizmente a minha chegou danificada, com uma perfuração interna que fez com que o liquido refrigerante vazasse… De qualquer forma ela é uma graça e parece funcionar bem quando íntegra… iniciei o processo de devolução, mas considero fazer uma nova compra.
